Chiropractor Emmy Wang, DC, is the owner of Advanced Wellness Center in Woodridge, Illinois. Alongside her knowledgeable staff, Dr. Wang proudly offers holistic care services and techniques for individuals and families.

Dr. Wang was born in China and raised in Japan. Thanks to her wonderful parents, she is fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English. Dr. Wang currently lives in Naperville with her husband, Van, and three rambunctious Boston Terriers.

Since her youth, Dr. Wang has always known that she wanted to make a difference in the world by serving others. Her strong desire to promote natural health came from the influence of her grandparent’s teachings in Chinese medicine.

Dr. Wang earned a triple major Bachelors of Science Degree in biology, biochemistry, and biotechnology from the Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. She went on to receive a Master’s Degree in biochemistry and biotechnology from Ottawa University in Ottawa, Canada. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York.

Thanks to her husband, Dr. Wang has grown to understand that there is really no limitation in this world except in people’s minds. She believes as a clinic, her team’s contribution to this world is to guide and support their patients to achieve health care goals by overcoming their limitations. She enjoys seeing her patients develop good health that can support them in achieving the results that they want in life.

When she’s not caring for patients at Advanced Wellness Center, Dr. Wang enjoys a variety of activities, which include boxing, rollerblading, reading, and drawing. She loves to spend time with her husband, friends, family, and her pets and lives by the motto, “Optimal health is your greatest wealth.”
